Frequently Asked Questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store account.

  • iOS: Open the Settings app, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and select ToneSeed.
  • Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and select ToneSeed.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their policies. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, visit the Google Play refund page.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open ToneSeed, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your cloud data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — you must cancel it separately through your device's subscription settings.

My progress or custom content didn't sync. What now?

Make sure you're signed into the same account on each device and that you have an active internet connection. Pull to refresh on the affected screen, or sign out and back in to force a sync. If the issue persists, email us with your account email and device details.

Audio isn't playing or sounds distorted.

Check that your device isn't in silent mode and that media volume is turned up. If you're using Bluetooth headphones, try disconnecting and reconnecting them. Closing other audio apps in the background can also help.
